The Masterplan
provide access road, parking, estate security and associated
landscaping to provide contemporary environment for Business
Park. Design philosophy is based around the site natural
contours the views north to the mountains and the visibility
of the future development from the road.
The overall objective is to provide for a landscape setting
of very high quality consisting of opne parkland in natural
form supported and enhanced by water features and sculpture.
It is proposed to screen and separate all vehicles, including
service vehicles from the main entrance and access points
into the Business Park. It is also proposed to provide attractive
contemporary furniture in the form of seating, litter bins
and street lighting which will add to the overall enhancement
of the area.
