The Cherrywood SDZ area and the surroundings in which Cherrywood Business Park- The Campus is set, have a mix of landscape typologies, including existing commercial and residential development, areas of waste ground and agricultural land. The business park also contains several retail businesses and cafes, which create animation and interaction with the buildings.
The proposed development is intended to renew and revitalise the existing business park, with a view to modernisation and enhancement of the office buildings in terms of façade renovation and basement alterations, and improvements to the public realm and campus open spaces.
